Companies exude the Pathological Approach to service.

I was reading a Facebook service post the other day about

giving great service and had a few thoughts.

We talk about being pathological in our approach and to

giving some of the best service possible.

I have met many companies that exude this on a daily basis.

They seem to have this “pathological” drive to ensure

that they deliver an extreme experience to the end user.

This is what all companies need to do when moving

forward and to grow their business.

Nice to see it’s being practiced by many.
